yellow lentil(mong dal) 1/2 cup
spinach(palak)choped ..1 cup
veg or chicken broth 3 cups
salt 1 tsp
peper black or white 1 tsp
onion chope 2 Tbsp
Preparation.
pressure cook all the above for 15 mins
add little water if came out too thick .
it is easy and qucik for lunch have it with dal papad and a slice of low fat cheese.
