oil 1 tsp for grilling
salt 1 tsp
red peper 1 tsp
cumin pwd 1 tsp
haldi pwd 1 tsp
amchoor pwd 1 tsp
Preparation.
mix all dry masala
wash fish rub garlic ginger and all dry masala
mariante .
u can freeze each pc separately to use afterward.
grill on non stick wth lil oil.
spray some chat masal for added spice.
